RESERVATIONS ARE PREPAID IN FULL
BY VISA OR MASTERCARD
MAXIMUM COTTAGE OCCUPANCIES:
The small one-bedroom Cottages 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 accommodate two guests.
Infants and toddlers count as a guest.
Cottages 3 and 4 may accommodate two adults
and one infant under 12 months old.
The two-bedroom Cottages 9-12 accommodate four adults,
or two adults and up to three small children.
DOG FEES AND POLICIES:
An advance reservation is required for your dog.
Your dog must be a mature dog, a minimum of three years old,
we are not able to accommodate puppies.
One fee per stay will be added in your confirmation:
$75 for one dog, $95 for two dogs.
The maximum is two dogs per cottage.
Your dog must be trained to stay off the beds and furniture
and not be left alone in the cottage.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a minimum notice of two weeks for cancellation of reservations for non holidays;
one months notice of cancellation is required for Summer and early Fall reservations (Memorial Day Holiday Weekend through September 30), and extended stays, minor holidays and significant days of celebration (i.e. Valentines Day, etc.);
two months notice is required for all major holidays;
required notice for reservation of multiple cottages is on a per case basis, depending upon the number of cottages reserved and the time of year reserved.
If a reservation is canceled later than the minimum notice, the guest is charged for any nights that we held for them that are not re-booked.
Although we are sensitive to the reasons that may cause a late cancellation, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. We are a very small and remote establishment and our cottages are reserved well in advance.

Major Holiday Periods:
Major Holiday Periods are those which generally include longer vacations and school breaks. Depending upon the holiday, policies apply to the week or weekend before and after the holiday.
